3. Design & Prototyping (7–15 Days)

• OEM: Rapid sample based on your existing design
• ODM: Full schematic, PCB layout, and mechanical design
• 3D models and technical drawings for confirmation

4. Sample Validation & Testing (7–10 Days)

• Client tests for performance, compatibility, and thermal stability
• Up to 2 rounds of iterative optimization supported

5. Mass Production (15–30 Days)

• Confirm final sample and sign production agreement
• Full-process manufacturing: SMT, assembly, QC
• Progress tracking and full test report provided

6. Strict Quality Assurance

• 100% functional and compatibility testing
• ISO-certified production & quality control system
• Aging tests, ESD protection verification, thermal monitoring
• Third-party inspection supported upon request
