2. Cancellation Before Processing
You may request to cancel your order before it has been processed for shipment.
To cancel an order, you must:

If your order has not yet entered the fulfillment process, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
3. Cancellation After Processing Begins
Once an order has entered the processing or fulfillment stage (for example, packing or shipment preparation), we may no longer be able to cancel it.
In such cases:
✔ You can refuse delivery when the package arrives
✔ You may then follow the Return & Refund Policy to return the item for a refund

4. Refunds for Cancelled Orders
Refunds for cancelled orders are processed as follows:
