Warranty Coverage

DACNEL provides a limited warranty for products purchased directly from our official website.

All eligible products are covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery.
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

During the warranty period, DACNEL will repair or replace the defective product at our discretion.


Warranty Exclusions

This limited warranty does not cover the following situations:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper installation

  • Damage resulting from accidents, liquid exposure, or natural disasters

  • Unauthorized modification, repair, or disassembly

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Consumable parts and accessories

Products damaged due to the above reasons are not eligible for warranty service.


How to Request Warranty Service

To request warranty service, please follow the steps below:

  2. Provide your order number, product model, and a clear description of the issue

  3. Attach relevant photos or videos showing the defect, if available

Our support team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.


Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when sending products for warranty evaluation, unless the product is confirmed to be defective after inspection.

If the defect is confirmed, DACNEL will cover the cost of replacement shipping.
